Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Eyelash Extensions.

Most extensions last around three to four weeks depending on natural lash growth and care. We recommend refills every two to three weeks to keep fullness. Your technician will advise a personalized refill schedule based on lash health, lifestyle, and desired look.

Properly applied extensions by certified technicians will not harm natural lashes. We use lightweight extensions and precise isolation to protect your lashes. Avoid picking, oil-based products, and harsh rubbing; follow aftercare to maintain lash health and longevity.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and no mascara or oil-based products. Bring contacts case to remove lenses if needed. Avoid caffeine before your appointment and plan to relax for the session while the technician applies your customized extensions.

We recommend avoiding mascara, especially waterproof formulas, as it can clump and be difficult to remove. Extensions typically eliminate the need for mascara. If necessary, use a water-based mascara on lower lashes only and consult your technician first.

Most full sets take 60 to 90 minutes, depending on style, lash count, and technician speed. Classic applications are quicker, while volume or hybrid sets may require more time. New clients should allow extra time for consultation.

Avoid water, steam, and heavy sweating for the first 24–48 hours. Use only oil-free cleansers, brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie, and skip eyelash curlers. Schedule regular refills and contact us with any irritation or unusual shedding.
