Results usually last three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth cycles and skin type. Regular appointments can lengthen intervals as hair grows back finer. Avoid shaving between appointments to maintain smoothness and schedule touch-ups when regrowth becomes visible.

Some clients experience brief stinging during waxing, but discomfort is usually short-lived. Our estheticians use temperature-tested wax, quick removal techniques, and calming pre- and post-care. Apply a topical numbing product beforehand only if recommended; breathing and relaxation also reduce sensitivity.

Wear clean, dry skin and allow hair to be about a quarter-inch long for optimal removal. Gently exfoliate two to three days before, avoid heavy creams, sunburn or self-tanning, and skip blood-thinning medications unless advised by your doctor.

Avoid hot showers, saunas, vigorous exercise and sun exposure for 24 to 48 hours. Apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer and avoid exfoliating for at least 48 hours. After two to three days, begin gentle exfoliation to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smooth results.

Yes—many clients with sensitive skin can wax safely. Tell your esthetician about sensitivities and medications; we may perform a patch test, use sensitive-skin wax formulas, and apply calming post-care. Some conditions or treatments may require medical clearance first.

Plan follow-ups every three to six weeks depending on hair regrowth rate and personal preference. Book earlier if regrowth is noticeable or before special events. Keeping a consistent schedule often results in finer regrowth and easier, quicker waxing sessions over time.
