Yes — after a consultation and test patch we can often wax sensitive or mild acne-prone skin. We select gentle products and avoid active, inflamed lesions. For severe acne or open wounds we may recommend waiting until skin has healed.

Avoid sun exposure, hot showers, saunas and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours. Apply a calming, fragrance-free moisturizer or aloe and skip exfoliation for two to three days. Keep the area clean and avoid heavy makeup immediately after waxing.

Waxing can sometimes lead to ingrown hairs, but regular gentle exfoliation and proper moisturizing reduce risk. Treat ingrowns with warm compresses, exfoliating serums (salicylic acid) or professional extraction. Ask us about targeted aftercare products if you're prone to ingrowns.
